Are your staff DBS checked?


  • Our staff are fully checked with Enhanced Criminal Record checks from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
  • We run checks through the SOVA
  • Two references on each employee
  • All our employees comply with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards which ensures that we only supply our clients with the highest quality of carers at all times




What happens if my needs change?


While you are in our care, if your health changes, your carer will be aware of it and, after consulting with you and your family, the senior team member will modify your care plan as necessary. If your condition changes between the time of your original assessment and the beginning of our care plan, we will merely make plans to visit you again and perform another assessment. From this point, we can modify your care plan to suit your requirements. We can also inform any additional medical professionals who are engaged in your care with your consent.



Will i get get continuity of care?


We will always try and provide you with  continuity of care,  this is not always feasible due to staff sickness and holidays but we would like to ensure you that we will always keep you up to date with who is coming with a schedule delivered via email or post with who is coming and when. If its a short notice change one of our office team will contact you and inform you directly of this change.

How am i funded?


If your care has been sources for you this generally comes from Suffolk County Council or Continuing Heath Care, Both of these partnerships will be in contact with you and Time2Care to ensure that your needs are met.

However, we do also have private clients that are able to fund themselves and this is a direct contract with us at Time2cCare.

How do i pay?


Our invoices are sent 4 weekly to the paying partnership or person these are to be paid within 28 days of receipt of the invoice.
